Content Service Agreement

1. Purpose
This Content Service Agreement summarises the working arrangement between QuillCraft Content and each client for a one-time content-writing project. It complements the Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Work
The scope of work is agreed in writing at the point of engagement and includes subject, audience, deliverables, word count, revision allowance and delivery date.
3. Deliverables
Deliverables are the specific pieces of writing set out in the scope. Anything not in scope is not part of the deliverable.
4. Client Contribution
The client agrees to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable questions in a timely manner and supply any existing material referenced in the scope.
5. Draft and Review
A first draft is delivered to the client. The client provides consolidated feedback within the agreed revision window.
6. Revisions
One consolidated revision round per deliverable is included unless otherwise agreed. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees are as displayed on the Pricing page or as agreed in writing. Payment is due in advance through Stripe Checkout unless otherwise agreed.
8. Ownership
Ownership of the final, approved content transfers to the client once full payment is received.
9. Confidentiality
Confidential information shared for the purpose of the engagement is treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without permission.
10. Term and Termination
The agreement runs from acceptance of scope until final delivery. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable period after written notice.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
