Original content written for UK businesses · Clear scope · Digital delivery

How It Works

A calm, seven-stage editorial process.

Every project follows the same considered structure — so you always know what is happening next and what is expected of you.

01

Enquiry and brief

You share the subject, audience, goal, existing material and any deadlines. This can be done through the contact form, email or a short call.

02

Scope confirmation

Word count, pages, tone, deliverables, revisions and delivery date are agreed in writing before any work begins. Nothing is assumed.

03

Research and outline

I research the topic within the agreed scope and prepare a structured outline. Where useful, I share the outline for review before drafting.

04

First draft

The first draft is written in full, formatted cleanly and shared for your review with clear notes on structure and choices.

05

Client review

You review the draft and gather consolidated feedback in one round, so revisions can be applied efficiently and coherently.

06

Agreed revisions

Feedback within the agreed scope is applied. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and only proceed with your written approval.

07

Final digital delivery

The finalised content is delivered digitally in the agreed format (document, plain text, or the client's CMS-ready structure).
