Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

1. Ownership on Completion
Full ownership of the final, approved content transfers to the client on receipt of full payment for the applicable engagement.
2. Working Materials
Drafts, outlines, research notes, unused concepts and internal working documents remain the property of QuillCraft Content unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Third-Party Materials
Any third-party materials supplied by the client or referenced in the content remain subject to their original rights holders. The client is responsible for ensuring that they hold appropriate rights or licences.
4. Portfolio Use
I may describe the general nature of work delivered in an anonymised form. Use of client names, logos or attributed excerpts requires the client's prior written permission.
5. Publication Approval
Final factual, regulatory and legal approval before publication is the responsibility of the client.
6. Moral Rights
Where relevant and permitted by law, moral rights in the final deliverables are waived to allow the client to use, adapt and republish the content within their business.
